From Colin................. I bought your Ripping Reservoir Lure Collection and had the opportunity to use the flies at the Airflo Classic Bank Open 2008 regional heat South.
I chose the BH Ace of Spades and began to fish. In difficult conditions, very windy and bright, I soon had my first fish on the bank. The fly still looked OK and as I only had the one I used it to catch the next fish. And the next. And the next. And the next!! One fly and I had my bag by 11:47 leaving me the clear winner.
I’m now looking forward to the Grand Finals at Elinor Fishery in October. Needless to say I will be checking out the Essential Fly site before then and buying all my flies from you as usual.
