Orange Blob also are able to be fished with floatant 'bottom-up', use a short leader (often as little as 2 or 3 feet) on a sinking line. A short retrieve of the Orange Blob will cause it to dive when retrieve then raise again in the water. Best fished dlow but occassional sharp figure of 8 retrieves can trigger trout attacks.

Key to fishing blobs is to learn the 'hang' suspending a static or extremely slow moving blob which can work with spooky or fish that are under heavy fishing pressure.
