The Energy taper series of fly lines is the next chapter in the growing Connect Series. All the lines follow a similar profile, with a prominent front taper and short rear, it is designed to allow most rods to load effectively and quickly.
Dual colours, effectively show an angler when the belly is out of the tip ring and the rod loaded, ready for the final forward cast. These lines feature a full 40-yard length!

First time using a Hover fly line. Had 4 fish on cormorant. Great 👍

Not tried the fly line yet, however, the first one I received was faulty due to having a dried lump of coating right near the welded loop and the coating was uneven (factory fault). A quick e-mail to the team at The Essential Fly with added photos and they arranged a free replacement which was delivered quickly at no cost to me and was faultless, I didn't even need to send the faulty one back. Great communication from them and Fantastic Service from this company, I have made several orders and this is the only fault I have ever had, the team really do care about their customers. Would never hesitate to order anything here again - Thank You and keep up the great work!! Tight lines!
