Coming from the most innovative tackle company ArcticSilver of Norway these rods are astounding, feeling like a traditional cane rod by with modern resiliant Nano materials making the ArcticSilver #7 9´6" 4psc Med/Fast Action Zense Fly Rod unique. These are highly sensitive rods and are amazing to cast. The fast action blank makes this rod ideal for reservoirs and lakes and coastal fly-fishing.  This rod also performs extremely well on rivers and when fishing inland with big streamers. In Norway many Atlantic Salmon of 10 Kilo + are landed on these fly rods. With a composite handle rather than cork these rods are very easy to clean when used in saltwater.

The ArcticSilver #7 9´6" 4psc Med/Fast Action Zense Fly Rod is a Nano resin medium fast fly rod has the ArcticSilver Free Flex handle which enables you to cast further, easier and is an absolute dream fighting fish. These are ultra modern fly rods and quickly you will see the difference with these stunning rods. The upper three sections have some attractive details and the build is conventional smooth, slim blank, matt olive paint, lined butt-rings, snake intermediate guides, alignment marks. In the butt section you will find the amazing features of this rod.

The butt houses the unique hollow grip which is moulded composite with an integral reel seat.
  • The grip is move oval that round of a traditional fly rod with cork handles and feels delightful and gives lots of grip. It feel like a pistol grip. No swelling or tapers of traditional cork. The grip is really comfortable. Key to the grip is that because it is hollow the blank moved within the handle  giving Free Flex letting the blank action be fully utilised.
  • At the base of the grip is a hook holder rather than a hook eye. Remember every time you add something to a rod blank like eyes it is restriction the natural bend of the blank so this is a neat feature.
  • The reel seat is stunning, made from aluminium screwed into the moulded handle. The reel fits with a unique trigger so simply fit the front reel into the fitting and push the reel towards the blank, the spring fitting slides and the reel will simply click into place. Even with cold hands this is simple compares to traditional screw fitting reel seats.
