Product arrived with a third of it off the spool in a birds nest, wished I,d paid for a better quality item.

We're very sorry about that, and have arranged for Semperfli Copper Wires to be sent to you free of charge by way of recompense. We wilk take this up with veniard.
We've also checked the physical replacement spools and can confirm that they've been wound tightly so you shouldn't see this happen again.
