Not very good, very cheap plastic it would smash if you dropped it, also the release button is broken after a week

Apologies that your box has broken it should be able have it replaced by the manufacturer under warranty. We have not had any other reports of these boxes breaking as easily as you advise.
Please can you contact us on customerservices@theessentialfly.com so that we can investigate this for you further.
We will need a picture of the box, slight description of what happened and your order number. Once received we will refer to the manufacturer for them to advise.
