We will let you know exactly what you have purchased, what delivery has cost and itemise every fly and the individual cost.
If you have any questions or issues we can rapidly look at our despatch note(s), the invoice and all of the individual items on that order.
The only other communications you may receive as a result of ordering from us are from the Payment Service Providers. We take payments via Paypal or via Sagepay. Both of whom are highly secure transaction providers, their systems may automatically email you confirming your credit card or email payment with us.
