I first used this long sheep hair a few months ago for making pike jigflies of 5-6 inches. I usually use it for around the collars of lures mainly in red to represent a slash around the throat and I love the way it moves in an undulating way in the water. It blends very well with the synthetic materials and appears to be durable and I haven't yet had to ditch a jigfly made with this sheep hair because of it being ruined! A quick comb through after each fish and it's as good as new. I like the way I can make a quick lure using red and white sheep hair that's got a movement that just can't be beaten. Top marks from me!
