Awesome mono. The Kg. test to line diameter ratio is incredible. I din't know how they do it. The knot strength is impressive and i don't even notice any line memory. Both lines perform flawlessly.
Supple, one of the strongest for a given diameter and virtually invisible ..but as mentioned before you do have to watch those knots. Blood knots MUST be tucked.
i have found this to be an excellent line that is performing reliably over the four strengths I have so far purchased. Supplied with your usual degree of dependancy, thankyou.
An answer to an flyfisherman's prayer, the 0.12 dia STROFT (GTM) line makes an excellent 6X (4lb) tippet that has performed with great reliability river fishing those small flies.
As described very supple and in itself at least to the rated breaking strain,BUT beware, your knots have to be well executed, moistened, at least 1/2 blood knot TUCKED. I lost two fish at the hook knot before I realised this.
