Peacock, Black and Red North Country Fly

The Peacock, Black and Red is a great traditional northen fly.  Another great fly from Mike Harding's book on Northern Spider Patterns.

Mike used this fly one season for weeks without using another fly, The river was high and remained coloured for a long time. Mike used the fly upstream of the rise and let the current take the Peacock, Black and Red down to the fish. As he lifted the top of the rod the fish would take the Peacock, Black and Red.
