The Essential Fly Streamside WF #5 Floating Flyline

We tried lots of fly lines and found that they would not load our rods early enough with smaller rods when we were fishing smaller streams and rivers. The many flylines we tried needed a reasonable amount of fly line aerialised before we could get a sensible cast, we decided we wanted to develop our own flyline with a really quick rod loading with only a little line out. Working with our line manufacturer we developed the first of our flylines from The Essential Fly. One year of testing and we love it, it loads faster than other flylines but still presents dry flies beautifully and can be used for czech nymphng in winter, our own ideal all year #4/5 flyline.
