amazingly strong. and easy to untwist so stays very flat. I will not be using any other thread from now on

This is the first time I've used this silk, it's very strong for 100 denier thickness. As of now I have used it tying hair rigs for coarse fishing, laying it looped along the hook shank on a bed of Uni thread. Works great. The only thing it's not really black more pale lilac this actually suits me better. You can thread a korum quickstop on using some fine mono and a needle fine enough to pass through the hole on a quickstop the resulting hair is strong and supple
