All the products we sell are covered by our 1 month warranty. During this period if any manufacturing or material fault develops, the item will be replaced, or repaired (at our discretion) without question. Please note however this warranty does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.
Any item not found to be defective may incur a return freight charge, we shall require receipt of payment before returning the item.
- All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA No).
- All RMA's must be received within 10 days of the RMA issue date.
- If you wish to return a product, please phone us on 0845 401 4001 (International +44 113 816 0053) to obtain an RMA number.
- Returns will take approximately 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, in all original boxes, packing materials.
- Once your return has been processed, replacements will be shipped within 7 business days depending on availability of the replacement item.
- All shipping back to The Essential Fly is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that the box has your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a " proof of delivery". The Essential Fly will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

- Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
Unopened items can be exchanged or refunded within the first 14 days of purchase at the discretion of The Essential Fly. All packaging and carriage costs to and from the vendor will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Where refunds are requested The Essential reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25%.
