With saddles becoming impossible to get hold of due to the craze world-wide for saddle feathers in hair we have limited stocks of these packs which contain half a grizzly saddle and half of a brown saddle. Excellent quality feathers.
Our north American hackle feathers have been washed with an antibacterial soap and rinsed twice before being dried and heat treated at 90 degrees for 4 days. We are careful that the hackles are very clean and are not contaminated with foreign matter. All hackles are stored in air-tight containers with moth balls to prevent insect infestation. Our flock of origin has been examined by a CFIA Veterinarian and has been free of any infectious disease within the past 3 months. These products come from a region which has not reported any case of notifyable avian influenze or Newcastle disease during th epreceding ninety (90) days.
