Like all leader sinking mixes, this is only ok. Like all other pastes, even multiple applications failed to sink fine tippets to the dry fly. None of the "experts" ever mention this very important issue. If the leader is floating, then the fish won't take! I find i have to use a size 22 micro buzzer 12" from the dry to actually sink the leader. Another drawback is that if you try to wash this stuff off your fingers, its like slime that won't go away.
